Shipping and Delivery

1. Shipping Method & Cost
All orders are shipped from the UK via Royal Mail.
Shipping costs are added at checkout and are not included in the product price.

• Standard Delivery (2–5 business days): £3.5 per order within the UK.

• Express delivery options may be available at checkout (price varies).

2. Delivery Area & Time
We currently ship to the United Kingdom.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.

3. Pre-Orders
If you purchased a pre-order item, it will be dispatched on the estimated ship date. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

4. Cancellations & Returns
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase before dispatch.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused, or defective items.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
