MINORI 実

MINORI means fruit/ result/ achievement. A rare & easy to drink matcha, it is bright green in colour and delivers a full body taste with an enjoyable bitter kick.  Our premium tea leaves are grown under-shade (Gyokuro process) and hand-picked only once a year to achieve the highest quality and taste.

An incredible amount of effort and skill is required to produce matcha of this quality and our farmers’ family has been honing this craft for over 130 years. It is ceremonial grade (the highest quality used for tea ceremonies) and is rare outside of Japan.

  • Small-batch green tea: Matcha powder
  • Large 100g volume (rare for Matcha)
  • Cultivar: Okumidori & Samidori
  • Process: Traditional
  • Single Origin - direct from farmer
  • Blended for Cup of Japan by Okutomi Family
  • No preservatives /No GMO /Gluten-free /Vegan

Strong Matcha: 3tsp (6g)
WATER: Add 180ml of water (about 70-80cº)

ADDITIONAL NOTES
